This artwork by Pierre Adolphe Hall achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in July 2019. In the The Pohl-Ströher Collection of Portrait Miniatures Part II auction, the work Portrait Of A Young Lady, Circa 1785 sold for GBP 18,750.00 (€ 20,586.25) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Pierre Adolphe Hall - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait De Dominique Vivant Denon (1747-1825), 1786, which sold at auction in June 2010 for EUR 73,000.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Pierre Adolphe Hall erzielte im Juli 2019 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Pohl-Ströher Collection of Portrait Miniatures Part II wurde die Arbeit Portrait Of A Young Lady, Circa 1785 für GBP 18.750,00 (€ 20.586,25) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00.
