This artwork by Piero Guccione achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Milan in May 2000. In the Arte del XX secolo auction, the work Particolare: Fu il bosco dell'amore 3 sold for ITL 22,325,000.00 (€ 19,146.66) - well above the upper estimate of ITL 10,000,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Piero Guccione - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Siepe e albero prima del tramonto, which sold at auction in May 2001 for ITL 56,350,000.00 (€ 53,317.56).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Piero Guccione erzielte im Mai 2000 bei Christies in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Arte del XX secolo wurde die Arbeit Particolare: Fu il bosco dell'amore 3 für ITL 22.325.000,00 (€ 19.146,66) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von ITL 10.000.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Piero Guccione mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Siepe e albero prima del tramonto beobachtet, die im Mai 2001 für ITL 56.350.000,00 (€ 53.317,56) versteigert wurde.
