In June 2014 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work n.m. con le mele n.2 by Piero Guccione. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,000.00 25% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Piero Guccione achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Siepe e albero prima del tramonto in May 2001 with an auction result of ITL 56,350,000.00 (€ 53,317.56).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2014 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit n.m. con le mele n.2 von Piero Guccione zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.000,00 und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Piero Guccione erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Siepe e albero prima del tramonto im Mai 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 56.350.000,00 (€ 53.317,56).
