In the Living with Art auction, the work A GROUP OF THREE CHAIRS, DESIGNED 1950S changed hands for USD 2,750.00 (€ 2,315.20) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Piero Fornasetti - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A SET OF FOUR 'QUATTRO STAGIONI' CHAIRS, DESIGNED CIRCA 1955, which sold at auction in August 2017 for USD 6,875.00 (€ 5,788.01).
