Despite a disappointment, a good price for Philip von Schantz
In April 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work "Rensåpa" (Still life with blue berries) by Philip von Schantz for SEK 950,000.00 (€ 106,712.53). This price was achieved in the auction Spring Modern Auction, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 1,000,000.00 – 1,500,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, "Rensåpa" (Still life with blue berries) is the most expensive artwork by Philip von Schantz that we have observed at auction so far.
Trotz Enttäuschung ein guter Preis für Philip von Schantz
Im April 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Rensåpa" (Still life with blue berries) von Philip von Schantz für SEK 950.000,00 (€ 106.712,53) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Spring Modern Auction, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 1.000.000,00 – 1.500.000,00. Trotz dieses enttäuschenden Ergebnisses ist "Rensåpa" (Still life with blue berries) das teuerste Kunstwerk von Philip von Schantz, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
