In November last year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Modern Art + Design, which included the work Helmet by Philip von Schantz. The result of SEK 30,000.00 (€ 2,734.67) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Philip von Schantz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Rensåpa" (Still life with blue berries) in April 2012 with an auction result of SEK 950,000.00 (€ 106,712.53).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November letzten Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Modern Art + Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit Helmet von Philip von Schantz zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 30.000,00 (€ 2.734,67) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Philip von Schantz erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Rensåpa" (Still life with blue berries) im April 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 950.000,00 (€ 106.712,53).
