Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of SEK 26,000.00 (€ 2,839.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Philip van Dijk achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A mother and child with a basket of fruit at a casement in June 2002 with an auction result of GBP 21,510.00 (€ 33,271.10).
