Despite a disappointment, a good price for Peter Rose Pulham
In February 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work Grisaille Figures I by Peter Rose Pulham for GBP 12,500.00 (€ 16,017.21). This price was achieved in the auction The Art of the Surreal at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Grisaille Figures I is the most expensive artwork by Peter Rose Pulham that we have observed at auction so far.
