Admittedly, works by Peter La Cave have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Figures outside an inn, with a sow and piglets, houses beyond; and Figures sharpening a scythe, with two donkeys, farm buildings beyond in October 2011 with an auction result of GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,509.87).
