The result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 13,236.85) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Admittedly, works by Peter Hurd have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Solitude in April this year with an auction result of USD 126,000.00 (€ 114,130.43).

Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Peter Hurd auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Solitude im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 126.000,00 (€ 114.130,43).
