Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sans titre by Pavlos was auctioned at Christies in Paris in December last year. It achieved a price of EUR 13,860.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16 %. Admittedly, works by Pavlos have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Greek Champ (Field) in April 2008 with an auction result of GBP 90,500.00 (€ 115,374.71).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sans titre von Pavlos kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 13.860,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pavlos auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Greek Champ (Field) im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 90.500,00 (€ 115.374,71).
