Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Pavlos was sold in the 20th/21st Century: Amsterdam auction at Christies in Amsterdam in November this year. It changed hands for a price of EUR 2,772.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pavlos achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Greek Champ (Field) in April 2008 with an auction result of GBP 90,500.00 (€ 115,374.71).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Pavlos wurde im November diesen Jahres in der Auktion 20th/21st Century: Amsterdam bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 2.772,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pavlos erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Greek Champ (Field) im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 90.500,00 (€ 115.374,71).
