Auction result misses estimated price range
In September 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Boy with Fan by Pavel Tchelitchew for USD 2,550.00 (€ 2,202.64). This price was achieved in the auction Impressionist & Modern Art Online Sale at Bonhams in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pavel Tchelitchew achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Concert in December 2016 with an auction result of GBP 1,385,000.00 (€ 1,619,289.71).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Boy with Fan von Pavel Tchelitchew für USD 2.550,00 (€ 2.202,64) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Online Sale bei Bonhams in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pavel Tchelitchew erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Concert im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.385.000,00 (€ 1.619.289,71).
