In January 2024 Bonhams in Skinner Boston held the auction Prints & Photographs, which included the work Tailor's Apprentice, Luzzara, Italy by Paul Strand. The »bidding war« ended at USD 1,024.00 (€ 894.95), 28% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Strand achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Akeley Motion Picture Camera, New York, 1922 in April 2013 with an auction result of USD 783,750.00 (€ 595,192.89).

Im Januar 2024 führte Bonhams in Skinner Boston die Auktion Prints & Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Tailor's Apprentice, Luzzara, Italy von Paul Strand zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 1.024,00 (€ 894,95) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Strand erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Akeley Motion Picture Camera, New York, 1922 im April 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 783.750,00 (€ 595.192,89).
