Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Paul P. achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in New York in March 2012. In the Under the Influence auction, the work without title sold for USD 13,750.00 (€ 10,311.98) - well above the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Paul P.; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in March this year with the realized price of GBP 10,080.00 (€ 11,467.95).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Paul P. erzielte im März 2012 bei Phillips in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Under the Influence wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 13.750,00 (€ 10.311,98) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 6.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Paul P.; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im März diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 10.080,00 (€ 11.467,95).
