The work Rêves du Poète (Ahlam Abu'l Alaa) by Paul Guiragossian was sold in the Middle Eastern 20th and 21st Century Art auction at Christies in November 2021. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 37,500.00 (€ 44,028.53), 34% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Guiragossian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Lutte De L'Existence in October 2013 with an auction result of USD 605,000.00 (€ 445,049.29).

Die Arbeit Rêves du Poète (Ahlam Abu'l Alaa) von Paul Guiragossian wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Middle Eastern 20th and 21st Century Art bei Christies versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 44.028,53) und damit 34% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Guiragossian erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Lutte De L'Existence im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 605.000,00 (€ 445.049,29).
