A top price for Paul de Lussanet - as previously expected
The work Virginia Woolf by Paul de Lussanet was sold in the Nineteen to Now auction at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2012. The price achieved of EUR 3,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Virginia Woolf is the most expensive artwork by Paul de Lussanet that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Virginia Woolf von Paul de Lussanet wurde im März 2012 in der Auktion Nineteen to Now bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Virginia Woolf das teuerste Kunstwerk von Paul de Lussanet, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
