Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2004 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings, which included the work Running Nude by Paul de Lussanet. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,553.50 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Paul de Lussanet have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2012 the work Virginia Woolf was auctioned for EUR 3,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2004 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Running Nude von Paul de Lussanet zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.553,50 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Paul de Lussanet konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2012 die Arbeit Virginia Woolf für EUR 3.000,00 versteigert.
