This work without title by Paul Cowan was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in February 2018. The result of USD 2,000.00 (€ 1,637.87) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Paul Cowan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Bceause The Sky Is Blue, which sold at auction in November 2015 for USD 6,000.00 (€ 5,680.74).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Paul Cowan wurde im Februar 2018 in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 2.000,00 (€ 1.637,87) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Paul Cowan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Bceause The Sky Is Blue beobachtet, die im November 2015 für USD 6.000,00 (€ 5.680,74) versteigert wurde.
