Sold at the lower estimate price
The work Ecriture No. 910120 by Park Seo-Bo was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July 2020. The result of HKD 600,000.00 (€ 65,738.07) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of HKD 600,000.00 – 800,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Park Seo-Bo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work ECRITURES NO. 10-79-83 in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 10,260,000.00 (€ 1,171,553.93).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Ecriture No. 910120 von Park Seo-Bo kam im Juli 2020 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 600.000,00 (€ 65.738,07) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 600.000,00 – 800.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Park Seo-Bo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ECRITURES NO. 10-79-83 im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 10.260.000,00 (€ 1.171.553,93).
