Auction result misses estimated price range
In September this year a collector was able to acquire the work Ecriture No. 060224 by Park Seo-Bo for HKD 19,050.00 (€ 2,298.46). This price was achieved in the auction Satellite: Online Auction at Phillips in 7 - and was even below the estimate range of HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Park Seo-Bo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work ECRITURES NO. 10-79-83 in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 10,260,000.00 (€ 1,171,553.93).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im September diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Ecriture No. 060224 von Park Seo-Bo für HKD 19.050,00 (€ 2.298,46) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Satellite: Online Auction bei Phillips in 7 - erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Park Seo-Bo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ECRITURES NO. 10-79-83 im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 10.260.000,00 (€ 1.171.553,93).
