The work Ecriture no. 041121 by Park Seo-Bo was auctioned at Phillips in Hong Kong in March this year. It achieved a price of HKD 2,540,000.00 (€ 297,408.02), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 27%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Park Seo-Bo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work ECRITURES NO. 10-79-83, which sold at auction in May 2017 for HKD 10,260,000.00 (€ 1,171,553.93).

Die Arbeit Ecriture no. 041121 von Park Seo-Bo kam im März diesen Jahres bei Phillips in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 2.540.000,00 (€ 297.408,02) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 27%. Für andere Arbeiten von Park Seo-Bo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ECRITURES NO. 10-79-83 beobachtet, die im Mai 2017 für HKD 10.260.000,00 (€ 1.171.553,93) versteigert wurde.
