Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Lady by Pang Xunqin was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in May 2016. The price achieved of HKD 47,200.00 (€ 5,455.45) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pang Xunqin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Red Roof (Painted In 1977) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 840,000.00 (€ 857,804.35).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Lady von Pang Xunqin kam im Mai 2016 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 47.200,00 (€ 5.455,45) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pang Xunqin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Red Roof (Painted In 1977) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 840.000,00 (€ 857.804,35).
