The work Phoenix by Pang Tseng-Ying was worth HKD 8,125.00 (€ 933.24) to a buyer in June 2020. This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art Asia: Kid at heART at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 1,200.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pang Tseng-Ying achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work You He and Me in October 2002 with an auction result of HKD 143,400.00 (€ 18,605.28).

Die Arbeit Phoenix von Pang Tseng-Ying war einem Käufer im Juni 2020 HKD 8.125,00 (€ 933,24) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art Asia: Kid at heART bei Christies in Hong Kong erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 1.200,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pang Tseng-Ying erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit You He and Me im Oktober 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 143.400,00 (€ 18.605,28).
