Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2019 POLY held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy II, which included the work Lady Under the Bamboo by Pan Zhenyong. The price achieved of HKD 59,000.00 (€ 6,743.61) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pan Zhenyong achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hermitage By The Bamboo Grove in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 875,000.00 (€ 98,581.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2019 führte POLY die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lady Under the Bamboo von Pan Zhenyong zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 59.000,00 (€ 6.743,61) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pan Zhenyong erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hermitage By The Bamboo Grove im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 875.000,00 (€ 98.581,85).
