The work The Back Of A Nude by Pan Yuliang was worth HKD 325,000.00 (€ 39,694.19) to a buyer in November 2015. This price was achieved in the auction Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) at Christies in Hong Kong and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 100,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pan Yuliang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lady Bathers At The Seashore in October 2019 with an auction result of HKD 17,400,000.00 (€ 1,988,794.26).
