Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Femme Nue Allongée by Pan Yuliang was sold in the Modern Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2015. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,778.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Pan Yuliang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lady Bathers At The Seashore in October 2019 with an auction result of HKD 17,400,000.00 (€ 1,988,794.26).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Femme Nue Allongée von Pan Yuliang wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Modern Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.778,53) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Pan Yuliang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lady Bathers At The Seashore im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 17.400.000,00 (€ 1.988.794,26).
