Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Utsikt över Kalix älv" by Otto Hesselbom was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2009. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 57,000.00 (€ 5,436.17). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Otto Hesselbom - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Vårt land" (Our Country), which sold at auction in December 2019 for SEK 145,000.00 (€ 13,819.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Utsikt över Kalix älv" von Otto Hesselbom kam im November 2009 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 57.000,00 (€ 5.436,17) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Otto Hesselbom mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Vårt land" (Our Country) beobachtet, die im Dezember 2019 für SEK 145.000,00 (€ 13.819,36) versteigert wurde.
