This artwork by Otto Gustaf Carlsund achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in November 2021. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work "Deux amies" sold for SEK 70,000.00 (€ 6,828.21) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Otto Gustaf Carlsund achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Brun maskinist" (L'Operateur brun) in December 2016 with an auction result of SEK 7,500,000.00 (€ 782,553.07).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 75 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Otto Gustaf Carlsund erzielte im November 2021 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wurde die Arbeit "Deux amies" für SEK 70.000,00 (€ 6.828,21) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Otto Gustaf Carlsund erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Brun maskinist" (L'Operateur brun) im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 7.500.000,00 (€ 782.553,07).
