Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2012 a collector was able to acquire the work "Stilleben med päron, Var. 2", 1979 by Otmar Thormann for SEK 6,500.00 (€ 686.59). This price was achieved in the auction The Spring Contemporary, Stockholm at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 8,000.00 – 10,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Otmar Thormann have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in November 2012 by the work "Stilleben nach Paul Outerbridge", 1979 at SEK 8,500.00 (€ 980.67).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2012 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Stilleben med päron, Var. 2", 1979 von Otmar Thormann für SEK 6.500,00 (€ 686,59) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The Spring Contemporary, Stockholm bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 8.000,00 – 10.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Otmar Thormann wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im November 2012 die Arbeit "Stilleben nach Paul Outerbridge", 1979 mit SEK 8.500,00 (€ 980,67).
