In May 2007 Christies in New York held the auction Important American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture, which included the work Two to Win by Otis Kaye. The »bidding war« ended at USD 96,000.00 (€ 71,359.55), 60% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Otis Kaye have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Easy Come, Easy Go in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 514,000.00 (€ 467,527.74).

Im Mai 2007 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Important American Paintings, Drawings and Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two to Win von Otis Kaye zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 96.000,00 (€ 71.359,55) und damit 60% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Otis Kaye auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Easy Come, Easy Go im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 514.000,00 (€ 467.527,74).
