Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2014 Artcurial held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included the work Canal De L'Ourcq - Circa 1930 by Ossip Lubitch. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,170.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Ossip Lubitch have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nature Morte Aux Fleurs Et Fruits Sur Une Table, Circa 1930 in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 7,435.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2014 führte Artcurial die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Canal De L'Ourcq - Circa 1930 von Ossip Lubitch zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.170,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.200,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ossip Lubitch auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Nature Morte Aux Fleurs Et Fruits Sur Une Table, Circa 1930 im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.435,00.
