Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ruhe auf der Flucht by Oskar Laske was auctioned at Christies in London in June 2016. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 9,000.00 – 1,500,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 16,504.49) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Oskar Laske have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2012 the work Schönbrunn mit Blick auf die Gloriette. was auctioned for EUR 21,250.00.

Die Arbeit Ruhe auf der Flucht von Oskar Laske kam im Juni 2016 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 9.000,00 – 1.500.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 16.504,49) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Oskar Laske konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2012 die Arbeit Schönbrunn mit Blick auf die Gloriette. für EUR 21.250,00 versteigert.
