Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Senza Titolo by Omar Galliani for EUR 3,500.00. This price was achieved in the auction Modern & Contemporary Art Online at Sothebys in Milan and was even below the estimate range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Omar Galliani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Oltremare (Overseas) in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 10,200.00 (€ 14,647.87).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Senza Titolo von Omar Galliani für EUR 3.500,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art Online bei Sothebys in Mailand erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Omar Galliani auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Oltremare (Overseas) im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.200,00 (€ 14.647,87).
