This artwork by Olwyn Bowey achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in February 2007. In the 20th Century British Art auction, the work Shooting in the snow sold for GBP 960.00 (€ 1,423.17) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Olwyn Bowey achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Gardener's World in July this year with an auction result of GBP 15,360.00 (€ 17,920.46).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Olwyn Bowey erzielte im Februar 2007 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century British Art wurde die Arbeit Shooting in the snow für GBP 960,00 (€ 1.423,17) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Olwyn Bowey erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Gardener's World im Juli diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 15.360,00 (€ 17.920,46).
