Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Inukshuk Tribal by Oliver Laric was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in September last year. The price achieved of USD 5,040.00 (€ 5,151.79) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Oliver Laric - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Ise Guilloche, which sold at auction in June 2013 for GBP 16,250.00 (€ 18,966.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Inukshuk Tribal von Oliver Laric wurde im September letzten Jahres in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.040,00 (€ 5.151,79) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Oliver Laric mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Ise Guilloche beobachtet, die im Juni 2013 für GBP 16.250,00 (€ 18.966,66) versteigert wurde.
