This work of art by Norman Ives could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in December 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art | New York auction, this work without title changed hands for USD 1,134.00 (€ 1,001.94) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Despite this disappointing result, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Norman Ives that we have observed at auction so far.
