Admittedly, works by Noel McKenna have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Green Door, Merrylands, 2005 in July 2020 with an auction result of AUD 9,760.00 (€ 8,289.45).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von AUD 1.997,50 (€ 1.159,60) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Noel McKenna auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Green Door, Merrylands, 2005 im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von AUD 9.760,00 (€ 8.289,45).
