Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work Tuffetore, 1954 by Nino Migliori was worth USD 10,625.00 (€ 8,190.09) to a buyer in December 2011. This price was achieved in the auction Photographs at Christies in New York and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of USD 3,000.00 many times over. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Nino Migliori; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot 'Il Tuffatore', 1951 sold at auction in May 2021 with the realized price of GBP 12,600.00 (€ 14,660.39).
