Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "Agave" by Nils Kölare was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2012, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 16,000.00 (€ 1,797.26). Other works by Nils Kölare have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October 2010 by the work without title at SEK 31,000.00 (€ 3,326.69).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "Agave" von Nils Kölare im April 2012 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 16.000,00 (€ 1.797,26) den Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Nils Kölare wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Oktober 2010 die Arbeit ohne Titel mit SEK 31.000,00 (€ 3.326,69).
