Auction result misses estimated price range
When this work without title by Nils Kölare was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2013, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 12,000.00 – 15,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 9,000.00 (€ 1,053.92). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nils Kölare - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in October 2010 for SEK 31,000.00 (€ 3,326.69).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Nils Kölare im April 2013 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 12.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 9.000,00 (€ 1.053,92) den Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Nils Kölare mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im Oktober 2010 für SEK 31.000,00 (€ 3.326,69) versteigert wurde.
