This artwork by Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in June 2016. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work Symphony sold for GBP 21,250.00 (€ 25,506.93) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Children By The Piano in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 422,500.00 (€ 493,133.17).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky erzielte im Juni 2016 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Pictures wurde die Arbeit Symphony für GBP 21.250,00 (€ 25.506,93) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Children By The Piano im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 422.500,00 (€ 493.133,17).
