Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Country Path by Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky. It changed hands for a price of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,539.84) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Children By The Piano in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 422,500.00 (€ 493,133.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Country Path von Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 15.539,84) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Children By The Piano im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 422.500,00 (€ 493.133,17).
