Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2017 Christies in London held the auction Russian Art, which included the work On the bank of the lake by Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky. The price achieved of GBP 62,500.00 (€ 71,175.84) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Children By The Piano in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 422,500.00 (€ 493,133.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2017 führte Christies in London die Auktion Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit On the bank of the lake von Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 62.500,00 (€ 71.175,84) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Children By The Piano im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 422.500,00 (€ 493.133,17).
