Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2018 Christies in London held the auction Important Russian Art, which included the work A young boy drinking tea by Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky. The price achieved of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 42,298.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Children By The Piano in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 422,500.00 (€ 493,133.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2018 führte Christies in London die Auktion Important Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit A young boy drinking tea von Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 42.298,86) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nikolai Bogdanov-Belsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Children By The Piano im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 422.500,00 (€ 493.133,17).
