Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Nicole Eisenman was auctioned at Phillips in New York in March this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 20,320.00 (€ 18,690.21). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nicole Eisenman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mermaid Catch in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 862,500.00 (€ 1,013,215.32).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Nicole Eisenman kam im März diesen Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 20.320,00 (€ 18.690,21) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nicole Eisenman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mermaid Catch im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 862.500,00 (€ 1.013.215,32).
