This artwork by Nicolas Lancret achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in December 2020. In the Old Master Paintings auction, the work Study of a standing lady, and a subsidiary study of a head sold for GBP 9,562.50 (€ 10,682.16) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. In der Auktion Old Master Paintings wurde die Arbeit Study of a standing lady, and a subsidiary study of a head für GBP 9.562,50 (€ 10.682,16) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00.
