Auction result misses estimated price range

In the Nineteen to Now,Art from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries including Indonesian Art and Topographical Observations auction, the work De tuin van Fiedler 3: the garden of Fiedler 3 changed hands for EUR 562.50 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nicolaas Wijnberg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work At the beach in September 2008 with an auction result of EUR 10,000.00.
