In June 2021 VAN HAM in Cologne held the auction Modern, Post War & Contemporary, which included the work Grendel. by Nicola Samorì. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 14,190.00 58% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Nicola Samorì have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Miriade in April last year with an auction result of GBP 81,900.00 (€ 97,662.85).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 58 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2021 führte VAN HAM in Köln die Auktion Modern, Post War & Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Grendel. von Nicola Samorì zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 14.190,00 und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Nicola Samorì auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Miriade im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 81.900,00 (€ 97.662,85).
