Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2000 Christies in London held the auction Impressionist and 19th Century Art, which included the work Portrait of a young girl by Nico Jungmann. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,762.50 (€ 3,017.33), 18% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nico Jungmann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of an elegant lady, full-length in February 2007 with an auction result of GBP 28,800.00 (€ 42,694.97).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2000 führte Christies in London die Auktion Impressionist and 19th Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait of a young girl von Nico Jungmann zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.762,50 (€ 3.017,33) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nico Jungmann erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of an elegant lady, full-length im Februar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 28.800,00 (€ 42.694,97).
